· Avoid negative talk about food –
Too much negative emphasis on food or certain kinds of foods can create unnecessary anxiety, and kids can start to associate feeling of guilt with food. These emotional associations can be troublesome and are best avoided. Rather than focusing all of your attention on what you think is "bad", keep your focus on having healthy choices in the house and on reasonable physical activity
